Growth · Remote · Part-time
Identify and reach out to potential clients across TBBN's target industries — hospitality, healthcare, education, events, fashion. Draft outreach, follow up on leads, maintain pipeline in ClickUp, support proposal prep, and sit in on client calls. You'll be TBBN's frontline growth engine.
You'll need: Excellent written English, comfort with cold outreach, basic digital marketing literacy, hunger to close.
Content · Remote · Part-time
Manage TBBN's own social media presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. Draft content calendars, write captions, research trends, repurpose work into short-form posts. Support content production for active retainer clients — blog drafts, social copy, monthly content reports.
You'll need: Strong writing, eye for design trends, familiarity with Instagram & LinkedIn, basic Canva skills.
Design · Remote · Part-time
Create visual assets for TBBN's clients — social creatives, brand collateral, presentation decks, event materials, digital ads. Work directly on live client briefs under the founder's direction. Build a portfolio of real, deployed work.
You'll need: Canva and/or Figma and/or Affinity (or Adobe). A portfolio or samples. Good typographic sense, attention to detail.
Technology · Remote · Part-time
Build and maintain client websites — custom HTML/CSS/JS builds and WordPress. Support TBBN's own site updates. Help build landing pages, microsites, and components for campaigns. Opportunities on more complex web projects as skills develop.
You'll need: Solid HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, responsive design fluency. WordPress experience a plus, not required.
Digital · Remote · Part-time
Keyword research, on-page SEO audits, Search Console & Analytics setup for TBBN and clients. Write and optimise meta tags. Research competitors. Track rankings, produce monthly reports. Support AEO (AI search visibility) experiments.
You'll need: Curiosity about how search works, comfort with data and spreadsheets, familiarity with GA/GSC (or fast learner).
Production · Delhi NCR preferred · Part-time
Assist on client shoots — product photography, event coverage, brand shoots. Edit photos and short-form video (Reels, Shorts). Operate equipment including drone (if licensed). Support TBBN's own content production.
You'll need: A decent camera or smartphone camera skills, basic editing (CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Portfolio helps. Delhi NCR preferred for on-site work.
Operations · Remote · Part-time
Keep TBBN running smoothly — manage ClickUp tasks, coordinate between team and clients, handle scheduling, draft SOPs, help onboard future interns. You'll be the operational backbone of a fast-moving team. Often leads to a permanent Ops/Chief of Staff-type role.
You'll need: Extremely organised, proactive communicator, comfortable with Notion & ClickUp (or willing to learn). Detail-oriented to a fault.
